Your process documents have value. We connect you with buyers who pay for them.

Stirling Connect introduces established UK firms to AI data programmes that license operational documents, the manuals and records your team already uses every day.

What firms already have

  • SOP Standard operating procedures and process manuals
  • RAMS Risk assessments and method statements
  • JOB Job sheets, checklists and site records
  • QMS Quality and compliance files, ISO and accreditation records

You choose what is shared. Client and staff details are anonymised, and you keep ownership.

How it works

  1. We introduce you. We explain the programme and what the buyer looks for.
  2. You apply directly. The buyer reviews your documents and makes an offer based on the data.
  3. You decide. Nothing is used without your approval. There is no cost to you.

Privacy notice

Who we are. Stirling Connect is a trading name of Jason Stirling, a sole trader based in the UK, who is the data controller for the information described here. Address: 20 Welbeck Road, Worsley, Manchester M28 2SL. Email: admin@stirlingconnect.com.

What we hold and where it comes from. We contact directors and owners of UK limited companies about AI data programmes that license operational documents. For each person we hold only name and role, company name, number and registered address, business email address, and any reply you send us, including whether you have asked not to be contacted. These come from the Companies House register, the company's own website and other information the company has published about itself. We check that business email addresses are deliverable using an email verification service. We do not buy personal data or collect anything about your private life.

Why we use it and our lawful basis. We use these details to send a small number of business emails introducing an opportunity that may be relevant to your company, and to reply if you respond. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)): introducing a relevant business opportunity to a company's director, using business contact details only, with an easy way to say no. We send to corporate email addresses, as permitted by the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.

Saying no. You can object at any time. Reply "no" to any of our emails, or write to the address above, and we will not contact you again. We keep a minimal record of your email address on a do-not-contact list so that we can honour your request.

Who we share it with. We use service providers to send and manage email, store our records and verify addresses. They act on our instructions and may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. If you ask us to introduce you to a data programme, you apply to that programme directly and your application is governed by its own privacy notice. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it. We keep outreach records for up to 24 months from our last contact, and do-not-contact entries for as long as we run outreach, so that you are not contacted again.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our use of it, by emailing admin@stirlingconnect.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
